Where did these come from? Seems most of the idea came from Frank Lyman (The Think-Trix: A Classroom Tool for Thinking in Response to Reading), some from Maryland's State Department of Education, and some from somewhere else. I originally got these from a teacher in Montgomery County Schools or from Johns Hopkins.
